I read it, and I don't agree. No one is forcing these kids to play on "safer" playgrounds. And I don't think that safer playgrounds are destroying society. I think that a lack of good parents is what is destroying society. You don't decide to not take risks or shoot for something you're not sure you will succeed at by playing on the playground. You learn to take risks when you have good parents and parental figures who encourage you and teach you that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. This world is doing everything they can to blame the downfall of society on anything but bad parenting and extremely dysfunctional families.
